Product Description

AAC Lightweight Partition Wall

AAC Panel is the shortened form of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Panel. The main materials are silicon sand, cement, and lime. Reinforced with anti-stain processed steel bars, these concrete panels feature numerous air holes formed after high-temperature and high-pressure steam protection. It is a modern construction material with excellent functional properties.

The complete production process—from mixing raw materials, anti-stain processing of steel bars, frame organization, and pouring to cutting and steaming—is accurately calculated via computer programs with rigid quality control.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cut a window or door opening into the wall?
In most cases, it is possible to retro-fit an opening into the walls. Professional advice must be sought to ensure the structural framing is suitable for this modification.
How do I attach other external items to the walls?
A fixing guide is available to assist you in selecting the appropriate method for the specific object you wish to secure to the panels.
How do I drill penetrations for lights or speakers?
Holes can be drilled using a masonry drill bit with a standard (non-rotary hammer) drill. Gaps should be filled with a reputable flexible sealant like polyurethane sealant.
How long will the coating system last?
The coating systems are designed to be permanent. However, preventative maintenance will keep them looking their best and preserve optimum performance.
Will I ever need to recoat the panels?
Ultimate life-cycle costs are optimized when an Acrylic paint membrane is applied every 10 years. This ensures weatherproofing integrity and maintains visual impact.
What are the main benefits of AAC panels compared to traditional brick?
AAC panels offer superior thermal insulation, faster installation due to their large size, better fire resistance, and significantly lower weight, which reduces foundation costs.
