Confirm order, check paper delivery, quality and appearance weighting. Qualified materials are transferred to production.
Press machine inspection
Laminate thickness inspection directly after machine exit. Qualified sheets proceed to next process.
Pre-delivery Inspection
Final inspection of appearance, size, and thickness after cutting rough edges. Only qualified products are packed for delivery.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are your terms of packing?
We pack our goods in plywood cases and plywood pallets. Thicknesses over 5mm are normally packed by plywood pallets.
What are your terms of payment?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L), L/C at sight, or D/P at sight.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, for a 20GP container, HPL takes 20 to 30 days after advance payment. Compact panels take approximately 10 days.
Can you produce according to samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings after confirming surface and size compatibility.
What is your sample policy?
We provide free samples in A4 size or around 12cm*12cm. For complete size samples, please contact us with details.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform 100% testing and inspect each laminate one by one before delivery to ensure quality.
