◈ Exterior Wall Installation

1Fiber cement board preparation: Install supporting aluminum accessories on the back of the board.

2Construction wall preparation: Clean surface and mark position lines.

3Wire hanging: Use steel wire for vertical alignment control.

4Keel installation: Fix angle irons and square steel tubes; check perpendicularity.

5Board installation: Mount processed boards on the keel using aluminum accessories.

6Joint treatment: Use fiber cement powder mixing glue to fill seams and paint.

1Fix top and bottom keels with expansion bolts.

2Align vertical keels (generally 612mm spacing).

3Cut board material to required dimensions.

4Fix boards to keel using tapping screws (200-250mm interval).

5Maintain expansion seams of about 4mm between boards.
