Matte Coating is a solvent-based silicon stone coating, perfect for flamed, bushhammered, honed, and various stone materials. It delivers acid/alkali, water, oil, and UV resistance, with a thin, wear-resistant, peel-free nano film that preserves the stone's original color.
1. Clean the floor with an abrasive brush (sequence: #36 - #60 - #80 - #120). Ensure the surface is smooth to the touch before applying.
2. Recommended: Clean thoroughly with water or a high-pressure water gun.
3. Apply the first coat when the stone is completely dry. Apply the second coat once the surface is non-stick (typically after 6 hours at 25°C). A longer interval is beneficial.
4. Dries in 12 hours at 25°C for acid testing. Full destructive property testing can be performed after 48 hours.
