Mark positions 5-10mm from the edge. Cut to 2/3 of the ACP thickness to allow for clean bending and splicing.
Cut panels to size and smooth edges. Use self-tapping screws (300mm spacing) to fix panels to the keel structure.
Reserve 5-8mm expansion joints. Fill with sealant to ensure waterproofing and accommodate thermal expansion.
