Compact Laminate (Solid Phenolic)
A thicker version of HPL sold in panels and finished components. Incredibly durable, rigid, and self-supporting. Ideal for demanding applications, countertops, and partitions. It can be worked with standard woodworking equipment.
What is Compact Laminate?
Made by impregnating decorative color paper with melamine resin, plus multiple layers of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin, pressed under high temperature (150°C) and high pressure (1430 psi).
